Just like you, we’ve been through multiple searches for the right helper, so we understand the frustrations of hiring a helper who is not a good fit in terms of skills and personality. As we reflected on why we could not find a suitable helper, we found the gap in this industry – the mismatch between what employers seek and what helpers offer. Therefore, we decided to set up My Employment Agency to fill this gap and improve the selection process to get the closest match between employers and helpers.
We believe it was God’s calling for us to embark on this mission, so that we can support employers like you on this journey and also help the underprivileged foreign domestic worker to seek employment. Since 2019, we have been assisting employers in finding suitable helpers to take care of their beloved elders and children.
As every employer has different caring needs, we personally screen every helper so that our helpers can fulfill even the strictest requirements. Some of our helpers are trained by professional nurses in elder care while others can even speak Mandarin. Throughout your search for a helper, we will offer you our utmost attention and share our knowledge so that you can make the most out of our services.
We also aid helpers in obtaining meaningful and happy employment while earning a living to support their families back home.
